Itinerary


Day 1 Journey to Kibale Forest

Depart Entebbe or Kampala and travel west through Uganda's scenic countryside. Pass tea plantations, local communities, and beautiful crater lake landscapes before arriving at Kibale Forest National Park.

Overnight in Kibale Forest

Join experienced ranger guides for chimpanzee tracking in Kibale Forest, often referred to as the Primate Capital of the World.

In the afternoon, enjoy a guided walk through Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary, known for its rich birdlife, monkeys, and community conservation initiatives.

Overnight in Kibale Forest

Travel through western Uganda's beautiful landscapes, passing crater lakes, tea estates, and rural communities before arriving in the highlands surrounding Bwindi Impenetrable Forest.

Overnight in Bwindi Forest

After a briefing from Uganda Wildlife Authority rangers, trek into Bwindi Forest in search of a mountain gorilla family.

Once located, spend one unforgettable hour observing the gorillas as they feed, groom, play, and interact in their natural environment.
